We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. All returns must include the original warranty card and manual to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch back into its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and documentation are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
